New Sefer Torah Welcomed in Baltimore’s 770Yeshivas Lubavitch of Baltimore celebrated the dedication of a new Torah in their recently completed 770 campus. The lively tahalucha and hakafos were followed by a seudah and farbrengen with Rabbi Tzvi Telsner, rov in Melbourne Australia.
