Building Jewish Leaders
Yeshivas Lubavitch of Baltimore is renowned for providing academic excellence and strong character development. The Yeshiva was founded in 2005 by Rabbi Dovid Weber with only fourteen students enrolled in its first year. Since 2011, under the leadership of Rabbi Levi Nejar the Yeshiva provides its students with a superior education, currently serving over 70 students from around the world .
Our Yeshiva students are afforded opportunities throughout their academic careers to hone and develop their individual talents in leadership development and community outreach. The Yeshivas alumni have assumed leadership positions in numerous Communities both nationally and internationally.
The goal of the Yeshivas Lubavitch of Baltimore is to ensure quality Torah-based educational experience will develop the intellectual, personal and social foundations of our students and instill in them a desire to achieve excellence in all areas.
Community Development
The Yeshiva actively encourages and facilitates its students’ community involvement. Our students spend time reaching out and teaching individuals of all walks of life, informing them on matters of Jewish morals and ethics They pay weekly visits to the home-bound, the impoverished and people with special needs. They visit doctors, judges, lawyers and business people, edifying employers and employees alike.
